Ibby Morris - Coordinator

Wiley's mother, Ibby graduated with a BS from Mississippi University for Women (MUW) in 1967. She has worked with her husband for over 20 years in the medical field. However, it was not until 1999 that she discovered her real vocational passion - catering! Until that time her only hobby had been entertaining.

In an endeavor to learn culinary basics, she returned to MUW and attended its culinary school headed by the internationally known culinary author, Sarah Labensky, from whom she learned more than just cooking.

Ibby's favorite catering events are wedding receptions. "Each one is different and the basis for such a happy time in a life. Also, each bride comes with dreams and visions for her day. I guess you could say we are 'dream dealers,' and we love it!"

Her next favorite event is the fancy ladies' brunch, or coffee. "It's fun to make food and presentations delicious and exquisite! Dinner parties are fun also whether they are social, corporate, or rehearsal dinners. Our cocktail parties are outstanding; I guess you could say we love what we do."

Like Wiley, she regularly attends conventions and seminars to stay current and on the cutting edge in the catering field. Ibby has appeared on television answering questions about wedding and catering.

Christ has given her the most wonderful mate who has supported Wiley and her in every way - her husband - Larry.
